Introductory Ashtanga Yoga Course : This course is suitable for absolute beginners who have never practiced Ashtanga Yoga or other yoga styles before. You will learn the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga: the individual standing and sitting poses, the sequence of individual poses, transitions, breathing, and other principles of the Ashtanga Yoga method.
LED Class : A guided class led by the instructor. The entire primary series of the Ashtanga Yoga method is practiced. Depending on the student's needs, some few backbends from the second series are performed at the end of the series. This course is suitable for students with some initial experience in Ashtanga Yoga, for example, those who have completed beginner classes and practice Ashtanga Yoga on a regular base.
Mysore: Students practice the positions at their own pace, the teacher supports with hands-on/verbal adjustments. This class is suitable for all level - also beginner!
