  • Individual needs & goals: Whether you want to relieve pain, build flexibility and/or strength, reduce stress, or master specific asanas – I will develop a program that is precisely tailored to your personal goals, your current state of health, and your physical requirements.

  • Adaptation to your level: Whether you're a beginner with no prior experience, an advanced practitioner looking to deepen their practice, or someone with physical limitations (e.g., back problems, knee pain), each exercise is adapted to your individual level. Poor postures that might go unnoticed in group classes are corrected.

  • Focus on your topics: In personal training, you can concentrate on exactly the aspects that are important to you: e.g. learning specific asanas, breathing (pranayama), meditation, or integrating yoga into your everyday life.

  • If necessary, integration of exercises from Pilates, Barre and classical gymnastics
